Removal of a small amount of existing play equipment at the site and the supply and installation of new. Included bespoke swings, a bespoke timber multi unit, a double slide mound with a crawl tunnel through the middle and boulders to encourage natural play, and then general play catering for the younger children up to early teenage years.

Plantings areas and trees were involved in the scheme along with safety matting and coloured tarmac path throughout the play area.

Works entailed removal of old equipment from the site including old safety surfacing. Supply and installation of new play equipment from Sutcliffe Play, new fencing to the perimeter of the area and internally, all bases for the safety surface plus wetpour safety surfacing and grass matting.

Landscaping works including block paving, forming of mounds and turfing.

Overall works was approximately £100,000.00 Various other works for the Parish Council have been carried out since installation of the main play area.

Works entailed supply and installation of two multi unit’s, flat seat swings, cradle seat swings – all with safety matting.
Park furniture, self closing gate and playground perimeter fencing.
