Established in 1996 and based in West Sussex, Playsafe Playgrounds Ltd has built an enviable reputation for quality, reliability and expertise within the playground industry. On several occasions, Playsafe Playgrounds Ltd has been involved with the Gold Award winning designs at the annual SALTEX show.
Our highly skilled site staff (Equality Policy) are all employed and trained by Playsafe Playgrounds Ltd, and have considerable experience in playground design, installation and safety surfacing solutions.
Playsafe has Public Liability cover of £10,000,000 and are CHAS & Constructionline Accredited.
Our clients include schools, hospitals, borough councils, local authorities, parish councils, the leisure industry, playgroups and nursery schools, and military establishments.
Commitment to Safety
Playsafe Playgrounds is committed to the safety and well-being of the children that use its play equipment and the safety surfacing. We have two very important objectives. The first is to ensure that children will thoroughly enjoy the experience of using our playgrounds. The second is that they can do so as safely as possible.
Our uncompromising quality standards mean that in every piece of equipment that we install, we ensure that safety is built in at every stage of design and construction. All our equipment meets the demanding standards of BS/EN 1176 and hence the legal obligations of playground operators. All our equipment is installed to those same rigorous standards.
Safety Surfacing - General
As independent installers, we also have our own safety surfacing teams who can install Wet Pour rubber and SafaMulch rubber safety surfacing. We also supply and install Artificial Grass, Grass Mats and all types of loose fill safety surfacing e.g. bark, wood chip, sand etc. Every installation and base works are completed in accordance to BSEN1177 and is all fully certificated. We also offer full guarantees on equipment installation and safety surfacing works.
