Hove Lagoon Hardwood Robinia Timber Pirate Ship
Following the huge success of the Big Parks Project in Peacehaven earlier this year, Playsafe Playgrounds Ltd was given the contract by Brighton & Hove Council to supply and install a Hardwood Robinia Timber Sunken Pirate Boat in Hove Lagoon next to the Big Beach Cafe. The Robinia Timber was supplied by the Dylan Group for the project, with the project management, fabrication, construction and installation carried out Playsafe Playgrounds management and installation teams.
The contract also included carving various items, namely shark dorsal fins, treasure chests and barrels.
Playsafe Playgrounds also installed SafaMulch Safety Surfacing around the sunken pirate ship.
